 Good news committees.     Your meetings may be closed.   The AZ Statute especially 33-1804 applies to board meetings and the annual membership meeting stating they must be open.  Executive meetings are closed. Committees do not make decisions or direct the membership - they only make recommendations and suggestions to the board, therefore they may be closed meetings. 

President Bernadette Halpin accepted a very generous check for the HOA from the Lions Club on Thursday evening 5/6 at their meeting.  The money is earmarked to defray the cost of (2) defibrillators for the SLCC #1.  Retired RN's will be encouraged to attend training when it is made available.  One defibrillator will be located at the clubhouse and the other at the pro shop.

There is a 2nd census form being mailed that is asking for credit card information and Social Security numbers.  THE CENSUS AND THE CENSUS TAKERS DO NOT ASK FOR THAT KIND OF INFORMATION.  PLEASE DO NOT FILL IT OUT, THROW IT AWAY!!!!
