The main clubhouse and grounds cover 2+ acres, contains 3 card rooms and a billiard room with 9 tables. There is a library, and several lounge areas.

There are Male and Female Health Centers of 3600 square feet, including locker rooms, rest rooms, showers, saunas, and exercise rooms, plus a large coed hot tub.

There are 11 stocked lakes of 16.35 surface acres, and over 25 acres of greenbelt with paved walking paths.

The Cactus Corner Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and Friday night dinners. It also offers a catering service. 6 rooms in the clubhouse can be reserved for private parties.

The Laundry Room has several regular and large size washers and dryers.

A barber and beauty shop is conveniently located.

There is a Kiln Room for ceramics, a Rock and Gem Shop, Lapidary and Silver Smithing rooms, and a large woodworking shop.

The separate Oasis Recreation Area has a cabana, rest rooms, a pool and hot tub, gas grills and tables in the picnic area.
